Fit + Fun Recipes…Who says you can’t eat when trimming down?

Welcome to Camille Cares Kitchen’s 1st Fit & Fun Recipes post.

(Fit & Fun Berry Smoothie )

I am so excited to turn a new leaf and start coloring the pages of a new chapter in my foodie walk in life.

I will be posting brand new exciting photos, recipes and videos of my Fit and Fun Snacks, Drinks and Meals.

Every year, I usually declare resolutions, but this year, I didn’t think of them as things to do because it is a new year.  In fact, I don’t think I even named them resolutions.  Instead, I just told myself to spend a little bit of time each day thinking about and taking a new and different step towards my goal.  One of my goals that need to just happen is a formal diet make-over.  We are talking the “what not to eat” of NYC.  Being a foodie, as some of you may know comes with its downside and that is the need to burn the calories we put into our mouths.

For me, being active has always been a pain, but I do try to get my 3-4 workouts in the week.  But the bigger problem is food choice and portion control.  I know I am not alone on this one. My guilty pleasures or most wanted list is: french fries, pasta and fried foods.

In the end, I set my personal health goals for the new year/decade and declared my body an immediate assessment for my internal and external make-over all done by ME.  As I right to you, today is day #3 of my detox period and I just purchased more workout toys.  Yay, I am so excited.  I asked myself, who needs to know, who will I share this news with?

Well, I have decided to share my newly created recipes, food choice, portion and activity tips with YOU!
